ValueMined Technologies Pvt Ltd operates the InnerMined website, app, and coaching services (called “Services” in this notice).

• Name, email, phone number, password

• Usage data

• Pages visited, clicks, time spent, error reports

• Coaching data

• Non Personalised, aggregated challenges. Goals you set, reflections you write, progress logs

• Device data

• Browser type, IP address, general location (city level)

• Payment data

• Transaction ID, last 4 digits of card (we never see full card details)
   

Sensitive data
With your explicit consent, you may share mental‑health–related notes with your coach. You control what you share.

3. How we use your information
We use your data only to:

1. Provide the Services you request (create your account, deliver coaching tools, personalise content).

2. Improve our platform (fix bugs, add features, run analytics on anonymous, aggregated data).

3. Communicate service updates, security notices, or—with your opt‑in—newsletter tips.

4. Comply with law and prevent fraud or misuse.
    

We do NOT:

• Sell or rent your data.

• Use your personal entries for advertising.

• Allow advertisers to track you on our platform.

• Delete your account and data (“right to be forgotten”)

• Withdraw consent at any time

6. Cookies
We use only minimal cookies:

• Essential cookies – keep you logged in and secure.

• Analytics cookies (optional) – help us understand usage patterns. You can control cookies in your browser or via our cookie banner.
   

7. Security

• Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest.

• Access is limited to trained staff on a need‑to‑know basis.

• We review security controls regularly. In the unlikely event of a breach, we will notify affected users and regulators within 72 hours as required by GDPR.
   

8. Children
InnerMined serves teens and tweens with parental or school consent. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13 without such consent.

9. Changes to this policy
We may update this notice. If changes are material, we will email you or show a clear notice in‑app before they take effect.
